Synthesis and Performance of Sodium N-lauroyl-L-glutamate

以月桂酰氯和谷氨酸钠为原料,合成了表面活性剂N-月桂酰基-L-谷氨酸钠。考察了投料比、溶剂配比、反应pH、反应时间以及反应温度等因素对N-月桂酰基-L-谷氨酸产率的影响,确定了最佳反应条件,并利用红外光谱对合成产品进行结构鉴定。性能测试结果表明,产品具有很好的泡沫性能。

N-lauroyl-L-glutamate was synthesized using lauroyl chloride and monosodium glutamate. The effect of reaction conditions including the mole ratio of lauroyl chloride to glutamate, proportion of solvent, reaction temperature, pH and reaction time on the yield of N-lauroyl-L-glutamate was investigated, and the optimal synthetic condition was achieved. The product was identified by IR spectroscopy and showed high performance of foaming.
