海带多糖的提取及其对小球藻生长的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 以海带为原料,采用水提法提取海带多糖。通过单因素法对海带提取多糖工艺进行优选,再通过正交试验法确定最佳提取工艺,温度为100℃,pH=8,提取两次,每次4 h,无水乙醇用量为提取液的4倍。用提取的多糖取代BG-11培养基中的柠檬酸作为有机碳源,在pH=7、接种量为10%、培养温度为25℃、光照强度为8000 Lx条件下培养小球藻。通过与标准BG-11培养基的对比,观察多糖对小球藻生长速度的影响。实验表明:海带多糖对小球藻的生长有一定的促进。 In the experiment, the raw material was dried kelp, used the method of water extraction laminarin. Were optimized by single factor method of kelp polvsaccharide extracted process. Then through orthogonal test method to determine the optimum extraction. It's 100 ℃ ,pH=8, extract twice(4 h) and the amount of ethanol was four times of the extract. Polvsaccharide extracted instead of citric acid in the BG-11 Chlorella culturc medium as a C source, culture chlorella under the condition of pH 7, inoculum size was 10 %, the temperature was 25 ℃, light intensity was 8000 Lx. BV comparison with standard BG-I1 Chlorella medium to observe the impact of the polysaccharides of chlorella growth rate. Experimental results showed that: polysaccharide can significantly enhance growth rate Chlorella.
