树脂分子量对双组分聚氨酯涂料固化动力学的影响

摘要 以窄分子量分布的聚己内酯多元醇为模型化合物,使用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)研究了树脂分子量对双组分聚氨酯涂料(2KPU)固化动力学的影响。结果表明,在动力学控制阶段,固化反应遵循二级反应动力学,反应速率常数随树脂分子量的增加而减小;当树脂分子量大到一定程度时,速率常数的变化趋缓。 The influence of resin's molecular weight on the curing kinetics of 2K PU was studied by FTIR spectroscopy, using polycaprolactone with narrow molecular weight distribution as model compound. The kinetics results showed that the curing reaction followed second order kinetics at kinetics control stage and the rate constants decreased with the increase in resin's molecular weight. Resin's molecular weight, however, had little influence on the rate constants when it was over a certain value.
