摘要
文章介绍了RFC-2型化学清洗剂在常减压蒸馏装置停工中的应用,对比了不同停工方式下重油换热器的清洗效果,结果表明化学清洗剂的清洗效果更好且绿色环保。此外分析了化学清洗后存在的问题和解决方法。
The application of RFC-2 chemical cleaning solvent in atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit shutdown was introduced in the paper. Comparing the chemical cleaning effect of residue heat exchanger with steaming out, the results showed that chemical cleaning effect was better and environment-friendly. In addition, the paper analyzed the disadvantage of the chemical cleaning and solutions.
