With the development of chemical industry, materials industry, research and development and the use of new materials, in the design process often encounter reaction conditions is harsh, high temperature and strong acid reaction condition this paper encountered zircon sand in project design, calculation and equipment structure design and material selection are discussed in the process design of sulphuric acid tail gas recovery tower.
