摘要 文章提出并证明了科学技术发展的定律 :科学技术在发展中 ,绝对难度越来越大 ,相对难度越来越小 ,成果水平越来越高 ,成果时距越来越短。基本公式为 Qlimp→ +∞lims→ 0 +=f(nm)。图像为一条处在第一象限的上曲线。文章对定律的概念群作了分析并认为科技成果产生的认识论原理是思维与存在的必然性矛盾同一性 ,最后指出其 Science and technology development law is put forward and proved. According to the law, during the process of science and technology development its absolute difficulty is becoming greater and greater, while its relative difficulty is getting less and less; its accomplishment is becoming more and more remarkable while the interval from one accomplishment to another is becoming shorter and shorter. The law can be expressed by the basic formula Q lim p→∞ lim s→0 +=f(nm) , which is a curve convex upward in the first quadrant. This paper analyzes the concept of the law and shows that the principle of cognitive theory of achievement in science and technology is the identity of contradictions in certainty of thought and existence. Finally, six principal academic values of the law are pointed out.
