血尿酸水平与冠心病相关性分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的:分析血尿酸水平同冠状动脉病变的关联性。方法:对经过造影已确诊的冠心病患者210例进行回顾性分析,同时将107例经冠脉造影检查证实非冠心病的患者作为对照组。分别检测各组研究对象的血脂、血糖、血尿酸等生化指标。依据冠脉病变支数分组。并对冠心病患者行Gensini评分,分析不同病变支数及评分之间尿酸水平。结果:冠心病组血尿酸水平(333.16±64.54)μmol/L,显著高于对照组(301.24±65.57)μmol/L(P<0.05)。单支病变组、双支病变组、三支病变组,血尿酸水平呈递增趋势。血尿酸水平随Gensini评分的升高而升高。结论:冠心病患者组尿酸水平高于对照组,血尿酸水平与冠状动脉病变严重程度相关。
