单纯T波异常在噪声作业工人器质性心脏病中的评价

Simple T Wave Abnormalities in Noise Operation Workers Organic Heart Disease of Evaluation

目的:探讨心电图单纯T波异常在噪声作业工人器质性心脏病中的诊断价值及意义。方法:回顾性分析2012年9月在笔者所在中心体检的1124例噪声作业工人体检资料。结果:心电图单纯T波异常34例,占3.02%;其中18例为非特异性改变,12例运动平板试验阳性,4例心脏彩超异常。结论:心电图单纯T波异常在噪声作业工人器质性心脏病诊断中极具价值和意义,但需同运动平板试验、心脏彩超等临床资料相结合进行综合评价。

Objective： To Simple T wave abnormality of electrocardiogram in workers exposed to noise of organic heart disease in the diagnosis value and significance.Methods： A retrospective analysis of 2012 September in our centre physical examination of 1124 cases of workers exposed to noise in physical examination data.Results： Electrocardiogram with T wave abnormality in 34 cases, the incidence of about 3.02%; of which 18 were nonspecific change, 12 cases of treadmill exercise test was positive, 4 cases of cardiac ultrasound abnormalities.Conclusion： Simple T wave abnormalities in electrocardiogram of workers exposed to noise in organic heart disease diagnosis in the great value and significance, but with the treadmill exercise test, echocardiography and clinical data on the combination evaluation.
