手术患者心理状态分析及护理效果观察

Analysis on Psychological Activities of Patients in Surgical Operation and Clinical Investigation of Nursing

目的:观察手术患者心理状态分析及心理护理效果疗效。方法:选取需行手术治疗患者60例,治疗组在常规护理的基础上给予心理干预,对照组行常规护理,观察手术前后患者SAS评分,不同麻醉方式、性别及术前等待时间患者SAS评分。结果:治疗组与对照组中手术后与手术前比较,术前等待<30min与术前等待>30min比较,全麻与腰硬联合麻醉比较,男性与女性比较,SAS评分显著下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组比较,手术后、术前等待<或>30min、腰硬联合麻醉、男女性患者SAS评分显著下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手术前后,不同术前等待时间,不同麻醉方式,不同性别患者焦虑评分不同,针对性的心理护理可明显减轻患者焦虑状态。

Objective： To analyze psychological activities of patients in surgical operation and clinical investigation of nursing.Methods ： A total of 60 patients in surgical operation were divided in two groups.Different groups＇patients received psychological and routine nursing.All SAS records of before and after operation, different waiting time, different anesthesia method and different sex were analyzed by specialized doctor.Results： In two group, after operation compared with before the operation, preoperative waiting time 〈30 min compared with preoperative waiting time 〉30 min, general anesthesia compared with combined spinal-epidural anesthesia, men compared with women, The SAS scores dropped significantly, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The SAS records in patients of the treatment group after operation, combined spinal-epidural anesthesia, different waiting time and sex were lower significantly than that of the control group, the difference was statistically signifieant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： There are different anxiety in patients who suffered with surgical operation, mental nursing maybe an effective method in the management of such patients.
