摘要
结合结构自诊断沥青混凝土路面试验段的摊铺,根据其特性设计了路面施工时的电极埋铺方式,对比分析优选了最佳拌合方法和摊铺碾压施工工艺。结果表明,试验段的施工结构自诊断沥青混凝土路面中电极的埋设方式合理可行;采用导电相材料和沥青同时加入的方式可获得最佳的拌合效果;碾压工艺方面,胶轮和钢轮碾压的先后顺序对压实度影响不大。
Through the test section paving of self-monitoring asphalt concrete pavement, we designed the electrode arrangement method according its characteristics and chose the best mixing method and paving compaction construction technology after comparative analysis. The results show that the way of electrode arrangement in the self-monitoring asphalt concrete pavement test section is reasonably practicable; the conductive phase nmterial and asphalt should put in together to obtain the best mixing effect; the sequence of vibratory roller and pneumatic roller has no significant effect on degree of compaction.
