摘要
国家"十二五"规划纲要将园区循环化改造列为循环经济重点工程。在结合浙江嘉兴秀洲工业园区循环化改造课题研究基础上,阐述了工业园区组织制度建设的必要性和创建"动态联盟"的可行性。
In the National 12th Five-Year Planning Outline, the ecologicalization for industrial parks is listed as one of the priority projects in circular economy. Based on the research about ecologicalization of Xiuzhou industrial park in Zhejiang, the significance of organizational system construction and the feasibility of Dynamic Alliance were demonstrated.
