摘要
介绍了以稀土偶联剂对纳米CaCO3进行表面活化处理,并作为改性剂对废旧纸塑复合材料进行生产管材的方案。探讨了纸塑复合材料的配方、纸塑编织袋的处理、工艺及制备方法。结果表明:经稀土偶联剂活化处理的纳米CaCO3进行改性的纸塑复合材料,可改善纸塑复合材料的加工性能,增强物料的界面黏结强度,提高管材的力学性能。
The rare earth coupling agent of nano GAGO3 surface activation treatment which was used as modifier inwaste paper-plastic composite materials for pipe production was introduced. The formulation of the paper-plastic composite, paper-plastic woven bag treatment, preparation process and method were discussed. The results showed that the modification on paper-plastic composite materials with the nano CaCO3 activated by the rare earth coupling agent can improve the processing performance of paper-plastic composite materials, strengthen material interface bond intensity and improve the pipe mechanic performance.
