Solutions to the Major Problems in the Development of China's Housing Finance

针对当前我国发展住房金融的主要问题，应积极推进住房抵押贷款证，构建完整的住房金融机构体系，积极培育个人成为住房金融主体。

It is pointed out in this paper that the following measures can be taken to solve the major problems in the development of China's housing finance:to carry forward the policy of housing mortgage-backed security,to build a perfect system of housing finance organizations,and to nurture actively individuals to become the corpus of housing finance.
