知识管理视角下的网络教学资源库管理策略研究

Management Strategy Research on Network Teaching Resource under the Perspective of Knowledge Management

近十年来,利用网络教学资源库进行学习已逐渐成为信息化教育的主要方向之一。从知识管理的视角出发,针对目前网络教学资源库存在的相关问题,以已设计和建设好的"启明"网络教学资源库为例,旨在提出对资源库的管理策略。

In the past ten years,learning with the help of network teaching resource has gradually become the main direction of the education informationization.From the perspective of knowledge management,this paper based on the problems related with network teaching resource,in order to put forward the management strategy of resource while taking the designed and constructed ＂Qi Ming＂ network teaching resource for example.
