摘要
在传统能源日益紧张、环境问题日趋国际化的背景下；国家已经明确发出了“建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会”的号召。目前，出台的《节能与新能源汽车产业发展规划（2012—2020年）》（如下简称《规划》），提出了要加快培育和发展节能与新能源汽车产业，当前重点推进纯电动汽车和插电式混合动力汽车产业化，推广普及非插电式混合动力汽车，提升我国汽车产业整体技术水平。
Along with more and more strict measures of environmental protection coming from every countries in the world, there are more and more projects of substitution for combustion oil engine, for example, hydrogen energy auto, fuel electric cell auto and hybrid-power drive auto, and etc. But at present, the model with most practical values and being already operated in commerce is only the hybrid-power drive auto.
