摘要
文章从研究国有煤炭企业人力资源管理现状入手,着重分析了国有煤炭企业在发展中人力资源管理存在的问题,并就这些问题提出自己的一些建议看法。
Starting from present status of state-owned coal enterprise human resources management, this paper analyzes problems of huaman resources management and raises countermeasures.
