摘要
工程设计管理是一项复杂的系统工程,贯穿于整个电网工程建设的全过程。针对目前专业管理存在的问题,应加强全过程细化管理,提高工程设计质量。要提高设计人员的专业素质,通过设计招投标与设计方案竞选的方式努力使设计方案更加优化,积极实行和推行限额设计,加强设计规范化管理,提升电网设计水平。
Engineering design management is complex and it runs through the whole power gird. Based on the current problem of professional management to strengthen the whole process refining management to improve quality of engineering design. Improve the professional quality of designer and optimize designing scheme by bid and scheme competition. Implementing quota design and standardizing design management to improve design level of power grid.
