摘要
企业内部各系统要想有效率的工作,离不开工会组织的协调和管理,而人性化的管理方式则是员工开展工作的基础。文章依据工会职能和管理的范围及内容,从多个方面分析了如何创建和谐工会,从而对企业实行人性化的管理。
The coherence and management of labor union can not be separated if each system in a company wants to work effectively. And humanized management is the foundation for stuff to undertake their work.
