Embedded operating system and can bussing are electronic measurement, data transmission and control system technology which are mature, stable and advanced. This paper indicates advantages of these technologies and based on the two technologies to construct the second generation automatic meteorological station to realize the high performances, total factors, comprehensive observations, multi-function data processing and the ability of any extension.
