介绍了35m管坯环形加热炉的设计及应用情况,由于在设计、制造过程中采用了先进工艺、先进装置及先进技术,加热炉基本实现了高效率、低耗能、低烧损,是具有国内先进水平的大型管坯环形加热炉。
This paper reviews the design and application of the Ф 35m rotary heating furnace for steel tubes. Because adopted the advanced technology, advanced equipment, advanced technology in design and produce, the heating furnace possesses high efficiency, low consumption and burning loss, is a large rotary heating furnace of advanced level, for steel tubes at home.
