摘要
本文叙述了多层壁式或复合式金属防热瓦上用的钛合金波纹板采用超塑精密成形工艺的研究结果。已研制成0.08mm厚的80mm×200mm、200mm×200mm的钛合金双面波纹板。该研究内容为航空航天飞机金属防热瓦研究中的一部分。
In this paper, the corrugated sheet of titanium alloy for multiwall or composite metallic heat-shield tiles has been described. The research result for superplasticity precision forming has been applied. Titanium alloy corrugated sheet of 0.08mm thickness has been researched. This research is a part of the research of metallic heat-shield tiles for space shuttle.
