从伦理学角度谈《思想道德修养与法律基础》课教学

摘要 《思想道德修养与法律基础》课在实效性方面存在着某种困境,即如何实现从道德知识到道德实践的转化。《基础》课旨在让学习者理解其在各种伦理关系中的权利和义务,并能通过实践权利和义务获得自身完善和幸福。然而由于言辞随时间推移会逐渐与其所指示的原初意义脱离,加之规则伦理学的表述方式无益于还原一种活生生的伦理生存状况,使学习者无法切身感受到道德,从而无法获得道德实践的动力。在教学中引入具有伦理价值的叙事性材料,并引导学生从切己的问题进入,将不失为解决道德实践困境的有益尝试之一。 There are some difficulties in the course of Moral Cultivation and Fundamentals of Law. In the real teaching, it is hard to make students apply the moral knowledge to moral practice. This course aims to help learners know about the rights and responsibili- ties in different kinds of ethical relationships, and make them understand that they would gain self- improvements and happiness if they could practice the responsibilities and the rights. However, the students cant actually feel the real morals, because of the grad- ual separation between speeches relating to morals and the real practice, as well as the way of ethical expressions which can not re- flect properly the real ethical circumstances. Then learners cant feel what is the real morals, and therefore can! get the motivation of putting it into practice. Based on these reasons, we can try to introduce the narrative materials dealing with ethics into teaching and to instruct students by analyzing their own conditions and problems. In doing so, it would be effective to solve these puzzles.
