现阶段,切实保护我国弱势群体的权益是构建社会主义和谐社会必须面对的重大问题之一。综观国外的弱势群体权利保障实践,每个国家根据自己的国情都采取了相应不同的措施。加强对弱势群体的权利保护已经成为世界各国的通行做法。学习、借鉴国外的成功经验对于我国弱势群体的权利保护很有启迪意义。

At present in our country, protecting the rights and interests of vulnerable groups is one of the major problems in building a harmonious socialist society. From the protection practice of the rights of vulnerable groups around the world, each country accord- ing to their own national conditions has taken corresponding different measures. Strengthening the protection of the rights of vulnera- ble groups has become an international practice. Studying from foreign experience of success has an edificatory sense for China~ pro- tection of the rights of vulnerable groups.
