农学类大学生创新能力培养模式探析

Analysis of innovation ability training mode of agronomy students

针对当前高等农林院校农学类本科生创新能力培养中存在的问题,提出了"协同模式"创新人才培养模式,在教学活动中,调控教学系统结构诸要素,从促进大学生素质全面、和谐、充分发展,开展科研活动等几个方面展开论述,实现了多种资源的共享。这种新的人才创新能力培养模式是现代农科大学生培养的实践教学改革的有益尝试,提高了农学类大学生人才培养的质量与水平。

In view of the problems in ability training of agronomy undergraduates in agricultural and forestry colleges,we present an approach of collaborative mode in talent cultivation.In the teaching activities,achieve a variety of resources sharing by regulating and controlling teaching system structure elements,promoting the university students＇ quality development comprehensive and harmonious,in order to achieve a variety of resources sharing.This kind of new talent innovation ability training mode is a modern agricultural science education of college teaching reform practice of the beneficial attempt,and effectively improves the agronomy college talent training quality and level.
