强辛汤对慢性心力衰竭患者ANP、BNP的影响

To Observe the Clinical Efficacy of Qiang Xin Decoction Tre-ating Chronic Heart Failure and the Effects on Atrial Natriuretic Peptide (ANP), Brain Natriu-retic Peptide (BNP)

目的观察强辛汤治疗慢性心力衰竭临床疗效及对心钠素(ANP)、脑利钠肽(BNP)和生活质量的影响。方法选取慢性心力衰竭患者80例,随机分成2组,治疗组40例,采用西医常规加服强辛汤治疗;对照组40例,采用西医常规治疗。两组均治疗4周。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后ANP、BNP变化。结果治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为95%和80%(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者ANP、BNP水平均下降,治疗组下降更明显(P<0.05)。结论在西药治疗的基础上,配合强辛汤治疗慢性心力衰竭,可提高临床疗效,降低患者ANP、BNP水平。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Qiang Xin decoction tre- ating chronic heart failure and the effects on atrial natriuretic peptide （ANP）, brain natriu- retic peptide （BNP） and quality of life. Methods 80 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into 2 groups, 40 patients, treated with convent ional Weatem medicine and Qiang Xin Decoction; control group, 40 patients, treated with conve- mional Western medicine. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. Compared the Clinical effects and the changes of ANP, BNP before and after treating. Results The totle effective rate of the treatment group was 95 %, which was higher than 80% in the control group （ P〈0. 05）, After treatment, ANP, BNP levels were dcercascd in both two groups, and it decreased more significantly in the treatment group （ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Based on Western medicine treatment of chronic cardiac failure, the Qiang Xin decoction may improve the clinical efficacy and reduce patients ANP, BNP levels.
