摘要
本文简述铝理合金的优点及国内外发展概况和应用前景,并介绍北京航空材料研究所在铝锂合金研究工作中取得的进展:研制了一种保护气氛熔铸装置,锂的烧损率控制在3%以内。研制了一种能有效地防止铝锂熔液对容器的侵蚀的新涂层,使用铁坩蜗时铝锂合金中的Fe、Si杂质可控制在0.05%内。研究了8090合金的热处理对性能的影响,所研究的合金主要性能达到国外同类材料的水平。
This paper briefly reviews the advantages of Al-Li alloys, their developing status and application prospects, and introduces the research work done in BIAM, A semisealed protective atmosphere melting and DC casting equipment are developed with the loss ratio of Li of less than 3%. A new coating material is developed to protect the melting container against attack of lithium. With the coating, impurity of Fe, Si can be controlled within 0.05% even using iron and steel crucible. The effect of heat treatment on properties of 8090 alloy is investigated, and the main properties are comparable to that reported by Alcan.
