摘要
用光学与电子显微镜研究了冷却速度、固溶温度和时效处理对TC66合金β相转变行为的影响。研究表明,采用水冷或空冷可以获得β转变组织。随着固溶温度的提高,此种组织增多并粗化,为稳定转变β相,必须进行时效处理。
The effects of cooling rate, solution temperature and ageing on the behavior of β phase transformation in TC6 have been studied by optical and electron metallography. The stuides show clearly the microstructure of transformed β can be obtained in TC6 taking water cooling or air cooling. This microstructure is increased and widened with elevated solution temperature. The ageing must be conducted for stabilizing transformed β phase.
