摘要
运用模块化的设计思路,将高真空系统和摩擦磨损试验机优化集成,研制了MSTS-1型多功能真空摩擦磨损试验机。极限压力6×10-6Pa,可在大气至1×10-5Pa的真空环境中稳定地进行各种试验。试验机运行速度和载荷范围较宽,并可以"球-盘"和"销-盘"两种接触方式进行试验。在软硬件的配合下,可对摩擦力、摩擦温度等特征参量进行自动采集、显示和处理,测试结果的可比性和重现性较好。该机在较短时间内就能达到高真空状态,并可在不破坏真空度的情况下精密调节摩擦半径,试验效率较高。此外,该试验机具有较好的扩充性和多功能性,经过合理的工装和试验方法设计就可以对轴承、齿轮等典型摩擦器件进行零件级的摩擦学性能测试,并可进行高真空冷焊与防护,空间辐射及特殊气氛等环境模拟试验。
A novel type of computer-controlled, muhifunctional vacuum tribometer, Model MSTS-1, was designed, constructed, and tested to evaluate in vacuum the tribological properties of various materials. The newly-developed tri- bometer is capable of working in ball-on-disc and pin-on-disc contact modes in a pressure ranging from atmosphere down to 1×10^-5 Pa, at a fairly high speed, and with a wide range of load. The tribological properties, such as the friction forces and temperature, can be automatically evaluated, acquired, displayed in real time, and processed. Besides, the friction ra- dius can be in-situ adjusted easily in the friction and abrasion studies. The possible applications of the multifunctional vacuum tribometer, including the tribological property characterization of bearing and gear, were also tentatively discussed in a though provoking way.
