摘要
现在火电厂烟囱越来越多采用湿法脱硫工艺,防腐设计、防腐材料、防腐工艺等大多存在着不同程度的缺陷,甚至相关运行方面也存在着一定的认识误区。本文结合实验室数据和现场相关现象,特别针对由于烟囱运行工况的变化所引起的腐蚀现象,提出了烟囱腐蚀的新机理,并且对于烟囱防腐工程所牵涉到的具体问题(设计、材料、工艺方面)提出建议。
As there is an irreversible trend that wet desulfurization processes has been widely employed in fossil-fuel power station, great attention has been paid on correlative study of design, materials and process for anticorrosion in which defects still exist on some extent, with misunderstanding among the operation system still remained. In this essay, new mechanism of corrosion in chimneys has been proposed based on both experimental data and practical phenomenon, particularly for the corrosion aroused by the changing of operational environment, and suggestions about some specific problem (design, materials and process for corrosion in chimney) have also been provided.
