摘要
阴极保护作为腐蚀的一种防护手段,在国内外的应用已有一百多年的历史,油气田埋地长输钢质管道实施阴极保护已作为一种必须的手段。阴极保护通常分为牺牲阳极和外加电流两种方法。阴极保护施工完成后必须进行后期的评价、维护,保证设备的正常运行。本文介绍了阴极保护的测试参数,包括电位测试、电流测试、电阻测试及防腐层测试。结合现场经验,提出了施工过程中的注意事项以及测量中出现不符合项的处理方法。
As one of those protection methods of corrosion, cathodic protection has more than one hundred years of history all around of the world and has been an indispensable method to protect buried steel pipeline in oil and gas industry. Cathodic protection usually has two methods: Sacrificial Anode and Impressed Current. Evaluation and maintain must be taken to ensure normal operation of equipments after installing of cathodic protection. This article describes the testing of cathodic protection parameters, including potential, current, resistance and anti-corrosion layer testing, and provides precautions in the construction process and the measurement when failures to test according to experiences on site.
