摘要
通过对影响破损稳性符合性的因素分析,结合实际调研情况,给出了判断实际营运中是否"根据批准的液货船装载工况进行装载"的偏差衡量指标,并通过7艘不同类型的液货船实船的破损稳性计算,提出了允许偏差的建议,为国际海事组织(IMO)制定液货船破损稳性验证指南提供参考。
This paper proposes the deviation criteria to determine whether a tanker is loaded in accordance with an approved condition or not, based on analysis of factors affecting the damage stability compliance together with some actual surveys; this study also provides some suggestions for the permissible deviation based on the damage stability calculations of seven different types of tankers, which can provide some reference for the International Maritime Organization (IMO) to draw up the Guidelines for the Verification of Damage Stability Requirements for Tankers.
