阐述了国内航行入级海船的现状和发展趋势,针对国内航行船舶船型大型化趋势,指出了CCS修订的国内航行入级海船规范和法规适应CSAD海船发展的修订特点,分析了其适应性、覆盖面和合理性,并对规范、法规未来发展提出了建议。

Aiming at the trend of scaling up of domestic sea-going ships, this article sums up the status and development trends of CSAD ships; points out the features of CCS amendments on CSAD regulations; analyzes its applicability, coverage and rationality; and proposes some suggestions for the future development of the rules and statutory regulations.
