依拉普利和心痛定对血透患者左心功能及心肌重量的影响

Effect of enalapril and nifedipine on the left cardiac ventricle function and the hypercardia of the patients treated with homeo-dialysis

目的比较依拉普利和心痛定对血透患者左心功能及左室肥大的影响。方法应用彩色多普勒超声仪评价依拉普利和心痛定对血透患者左心功能及左室肥大的影响。结果依拉普利治疗后心肌重量明显减轻 ,左心功能明显改善 ,且这种心脏功能的改变与血压下降无明显相关性。结论血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂可能有逆转心脏重塑的特殊作用。

Objective [WT5”BZ]To investigate the effect of enalapril and nifedipine on the left cardiac ventricle function and the left hypercardia of the patients treated with homeo-dialysis.Methods The left cardiac ventricle function and the left hypercardia of the patients with hemeo-dialysis were evaluated by colour ultrasonic cardiogram.[WT5”HZ]Results [WT5”BZ]In the group treated with enalapril,the cardiac weight significantly reduced and the left cardiac ventricle function was improved significantly.These changes were not correlated to the descent of the blood pressure.Conclusion Angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor could have a special affect to cardiac rebuild.
