健康教育对精神分裂症患者恢复期疗效的影响

Impact of Health Education on Schizophrenic Patients during Convalescence

目的:研究全面健康教育对精神分裂症患者疗效的影响。方法:将100例患者随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组实施全面的健康教育计划,并进行客观效果评价;对照组实施常规的治疗和护理方法。结果:试验组患者疗效优于对照组,患者可以更早更快地回归家庭、回归社会。结论:健康教育对精神分裂症患者卫生知识的掌握及健康行为模式的形成有较好的促进作用。

Objective： To investigate the impact of diverse health education on schizophrenic patients. Methods： 100 cases of patients were divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group. A consummate health ed- ucation program was applied in the treatment group, while the evaluation of objective effect was used. The control group was given the conventional treatment and nursing care. Results：Curative effect in the treatment group was far more bet- ter than that in the contrd group. It turned out that health education made patieats able to return to the family and society eariler and faster. Conclusion： Health education has a good promotion in the mastery of health information and the for- mation of social and healthy behavior patterns on the schizophrenia.
