摘要
目的制备可用于临床检测阴道加德纳菌的免疫荧光抗体。方法用特异性免疫荧光抗体对阴道加德用菌、已知不同种细菌和部分临床标本进行测定。结果发现阴道加德纳菌与其它细菌有明显的差别。结论用免疫荧光机体技术诊断阴道加德纳菌感染具有快速、特异、可靠准确等优点。
Objective The preparation is an immunofluorescence antibody which can be used for determining of clinical Gardnerella Vaginalis. Methods Gardnerella Vaginalis and Known different bacteria and some clinical specimen can be determined by specific immunofluouescence antibody. Results There was distinct differece among Garderella Vaginalis and known different bacteria and small number of clinical specimen by means of specific immunofluorescence antibody. Conclusion Diagnosis of Gardnerella Vaginalis with immunofluorescence antibody is a rapid specific and dependable identification.
