1例运用完形疗法治愈强迫型人格障碍的咨询报告

Gestalt therapy being used to cure compulsive personality disorder:a case report

目的探查完形疗法对强迫型人格障碍患者进行个案咨询的实效。方法根据完形治疗理论,通过与来访者接触、空椅技术、面质等途径,进行强迫型人格障碍的问题诊疗与个案研究。结果经过16次咨询,历时2个月,患者自诉强迫观念与焦虑、抑郁情绪较少出现,1年后随访未见复发。复查SAS、SDS和SCL-90,患者各项因子分基本正常,已达临床痊愈。结论完形疗法能有效治愈强迫型人格障碍。

Objective To explore the actual effects of a case consultation by using Gestalt therapy for compulsive personality disorder patients. Methods Based on Gestalt therapy theory, the compulsive personality disorder problems were undertaken for diagnosis and case studies by ways of the visitor contact, empty chair technology, surface quality and so on. Results After 16 sessions, which lasted 2 months, the patient felt less private obsessions, anxiety and depression, which recurred no more after one year of follow-up. SAS, SDS and SCL-90 were reviewed and the each factor was basic and normal, and the patient already amounted to heal. Conclusions Gestalt therapy could effectively cure obsessive-compulsive personality disorder.
