临床护理路径在结核性胸膜炎病人护理中的应用

Application of clinical nursing path in nursing care of patients with tuberculous pleurisy

[目的]探讨应用临床护理路径护理结核性胸膜炎病人的临床效果。[方法]将80例结核性胸膜炎病人随机分为干预组和对照组各40例,对照组采用常规护理,干预组在常规护理的基础上结合临床护理路径进行护理,对两组病人的满意度、健康教育达标率、病人依从性、住院时间及住院费用进行比较。[结果]干预组健康教育达标率、病人满意度和依从性明显高于对照组(P<0.05),住院时间和住院费用明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]临床护理路径应用于结核性胸膜炎病人护理中能有效提高住院病人满意度、依从性和健康教育达标率,减少住院病人住院时间和住院费用。

objective：to probe into the clinical effect of application of clinical nursing path in nursing care of patients with tuberculous pleurisy. Methods：A total of 80 cases of tuberculous pleurisy patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,40 cases in each. Control group cases used routine care, intervention group patients received routine care combined with nursing with clinical nursing pathway, then the satisfaction,health education compliance rate, compliance, length of stay and hospital costs of patients were compared between both groups. Results： Health education compliance rate patients＇ satisfaction and compliance in intervention group were significantly higher than that of control group （P〈 0.05） ,length of stay and hospital costs were significantly less than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Clinical nursing path used in nursing care of tuberculous pleurisy patients can effectively improve patients＇ satisfaction, compliance and health education compliance rate, reduce length of stay and hospital costs of inpatients.
