摘要
[目的]探讨在临床护理课程中渗透职业防护教育的应用价值。[方法]将150名本科护生分为实验组及对照组,对照组只在《护理学基础》课程中安排2学时实践课,实验组在此基础上在临床护理课程中增加6学时实践课,课程结束后对两组护生成绩的优秀率进行比较,并对实验组护生进行满意度调查。[结果]实验组护生成绩优秀率高于对照组(P<0.01);实验组护生满意度为92%。[结论]在临床护理课程中渗透职业防护教育可加强护生的职业防护知识、强化护生的职业防护技能。
Objective:To probe into the application value of penetration of occupational protection education in clinical nursing courses. Methods. A total of 150 undergraduate nursing students were divided into experimental group and control group, 2 hours of practical classes were arranged for control group cases in "fundamentals of nursing"course, based on that six hours of practical classes were increased for experimental group patients, then to compare the performance excellent rate of nursing students between two groups at the end of the course, and the satisfaction of nursing students in experimental group was surveyed. Results: The excellent results rate of nursing students in experimental group was higher than that of control group (P〈0. 01);satisfaction rate of nursing students of the experimental group was 92%. Conclusion:Penetration of occupational protection education in clinical nursing course can strengthen occupational protection knowledge and occupational protection skills of nursing students.
