MR成像诊断乳腺良恶性病变的价值

目的分析MR成像对乳腺良性病变与恶性病变的鉴别价值。方法回顾性分析2011年4月～2012年3月收治的90例乳腺病变病理已确诊的行MR成像检查的患者资料,分析患者的检查结果。结果病理显示的90例患者中良性病变59例,恶性病变31例;使用MR成像检出良性病灶52例,恶性病灶29例,两种方法对乳腺良、恶性病变检测结果为高度一致(Kappa值为0.673);良性病变患者与恶性病变患者在对比剂注射后1min的强化率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用MR成像对乳腺良性与恶性病变的鉴别价值较高,值得应用。

Objective To analyze the differential value of MR imaging on benign breast lesions and malignant lesions. Methods 90 cases with breast lesions were treated with surgery from April 2011 to March 2012, and the patients examined with the MR imaging before surgery, the patient＇s examination results observed. Results Histopathology revealed benign lesions in 90 patients, 59 cases, 31 cases of malignant lesions; using MR imaging detected benign lesions in 52 cases, 24 cases of malignant lesions, the two methods of benign and malignant breast lesions detection rate was no statistical differencesignificance （P0.05）; benign lesions and malignant lesions in 1min after injection of contrast agent enhancement ratio difference was statistically significant （P0.05）. Conclusion MR imaging has higher differential value to identify benign and malignant lesions of the breast, worthy of application.
