摘要
目的研究和探讨二甲双胍联合质子泵抑制剂治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法将2012年3月～2012年9月收治的62例2型糖尿病患者进行随机分组,每组各31例。其中,研究组给予二甲双胍联合质子泵抑制剂治疗,对照组给予二甲双胍治疗。对两组临床治疗效果进行观察和比较。结果经过6个月治疗后,研究组31例患者的FPG、P2hBG、FINS、P2hINS均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二甲双胍联合质子泵抑制剂治疗2型糖尿病,临床效果稳定,降糖效果明显。
Objective to study and discuss metformin joint proton pump inhibitor of treatment for type 2 diabetes clinical effect. Methods From March 2012 to september 2012 patients of 62 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with random group, each group of 31 cases. Among them the team metformin joint proton pump inhibitor treatment group, take metformin treatment. The two group of clinical treatment effect were observed and compared. Results After six months of treatment, the team and patients of FPG and P2hBG, FINS, P2hINS is better than control group, a statistically significant difference （P0.05）.Conclusion Metformin joint proton pump inhibitor of treatment for type 2 diabetes, clinical effect stable, hypoglycemic effect is obvious.
