伽玛刀治疗167例肺转移瘤的疗效与预后分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的评价伽玛刀治疗肺转移瘤的疗效与预后分析。方法伽玛刀肺转移瘤患者167例(320个病灶)。处方剂量4~5Gy/(次·d),每周5次,总剂量全程为40~50Gy。结果 320个病灶中,完全缓解(CR)140个(43.75%),部分缓解(PR)155个(48.44%),好转(MR)10个(3.13%),稳定(SD)15个(4.69%),有效率为92.19%。结论伽玛刀治疗肺转移瘤可获得较好疗效且不良反应轻微,是一种安全有效的体部立体定向放疗手段。
