米索前列醇用于预防剖宫产术后出血的疗效分析

目的分析米索前列醇在剖宫产术后出血中的预防效果。方法选取佛山市禅城区澜石医院90例剖宫产患者,随机分为两组,各45例。研究组待手术结束给予米索前列醇塞肛治疗,对照组给予常规处理。比较两组患者的产后出血量、发生率及血压变化。结果经过治疗后,研究组患者术后出血量明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对剖宫产产妇,实施米索前列醇治疗,可降低剖宫产术后出血,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyse misoprostol in cesarean section in the postoperative bleeding prevention application effect. Methods The 90 cases of patients with our cesarean section, according to the random distribution method, which is divided into group and control group,each group 45 cases.The team stay surgery end give misoprostol plug anal treatment,the control group given conventional treatment.Comparing the two groups of patients with postpartum amount of bleeding,incidence, blood pressure change.Results After treatment,the two groups of patients postoperative amount of bleeding comparison group was significantly lower than the control group,with significant difference （P0.05）.Conclusion In view of the maternal cesarean section, implementation of misoprostol treatment,can reduce bleeding after cesarean section,it is worth clinical application.
