医学生考试作弊现状及分析

目的调查医学生考试作弊现状,分析发生原因,探索对策。方法采用自制问卷对753名在校医学本科生进行调查,问题涉及考试作弊行为、心理、评价、态度、相关因素、建议等。结果考试作弊行为发生广泛,85.5%的学生承认大学期间曾有作弊行为;学生对考试作弊缺乏正确的认识,道德认知和道德行为分离,认为考试作弊与诚信"高度相关"仅24.0%。导致作弊发生的原因有学校和社会不诚信环境影响,考核制度、学生评价体系不完善等。结论学校、社会应重视考试作弊现象,采取改善诚信环境、提高教师素质、加强诚信教育、改革考核制度、建立诚信评价体系等方法杜绝考试作弊的发生。

Objective To investigate the current situation of cheating on exams in medical undergraduates to find out the causing and remedy to it. Methods We carried out questionnaire survey in 753 medical undergraduates with self-made questionnaire about the current situation, mentality, evaluation, attitude, correlative factors, suggestion of cheating on exams. Results There were so many undergraduates admitted their cheating on exams （85.5%） and most of them had un-correctly understood about it, which indicated the departure between moral knowing and moral behavior. The causing of cheating on exams, for example the non-credit and honesty words and deeds in school and society, the imperfection in students’ feed back system and evaluation system had been discussed. Conclusion We should take some measures, for example improving credit environment and teachers＇ quality, enhancing students’ credit and honesty education, optimizing traditional teaching methods and feed back system, establishing credit and honesty evaluation system, to change current situation of cheating on exams and enhance the ideological and political education of medical students.
