经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术治疗前列腺增生86例

目的探讨经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术(TUPKP)治疗前列腺增生的有效性和安全性。方法将南方医科大学附属南海医院收治的172例良性前列腺增生患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各86例,观察组采用TUPKP治疗,对照组采用经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果两种手术方法的手术时间、国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)和最大尿流率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但TUPKP术中出血、低钠血症、尿道狭窄、继发性出血、尿失禁等发生率较低。结论 TUPKP治疗良性前列腺增生具有疗效确切、安全性高、并发症少等优点,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of resectoscope plasma bipolar electrotomy （TUPKP） the treatment of prostate hyperplasia. Methods Select our hospital treated 172 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients randomly assigned to the 86 cases of the Observer Group and the control group, observer group to TUPKP treatment, controlled use of Transurethral electro-resection （TURP） treatments, compare two sets of clinical efficacy. Results Two kinds of methods of surgery time, international prostate symptom score （IPSS）, and the maximum urinary flow rate in comparison to two groups is statistically significant （P〉0.05）; but TUPKP intraoperative bleeding, hyponatremia, secondary to urethral stricture, bleeding, lower the incidence of urinary incontinence. Conclusion TUPKP treatment in patients with benign prostatic definite effect, high safety, less complications advantages, it is worth clinical application.
