显微支撑喉镜下微瓣技术治疗声带囊肿20例临床分析

目的分析在显微支撑喉镜下微瓣技术治疗声带囊肿的手术方法及疗效。方法回顾性分析2008年1月～2011年12月20例在显微支撑喉镜下利用微瓣技术行声带囊肿切除术的患者,分析手术过程及术后疗效。结果随访9个月,20例中治愈19例,占95%,无效1例,占5%,总治愈率为95%。结论显微支撑喉镜下微瓣技术治疗声带囊肿能在完整切除囊肿的同时,最大限度避免损伤声带正常结构,恢复正常的发音功能。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of microflap techniques under microlaryngoscopy in the treatment of vocal fold cyst. Methods A retrospective study of 20 patitents with vocal fold cyst treated from 2008-2011 in Panyu Central Hospital was performed. All the patients underwent the treatment of microflap techniques surgery. Results All patients were followed up for 9 months. 19 patients （95%） were completely healed, 1 patients （5%） was failed. No severe complication occurred. Conclusion Microflap techniques under microlaryngoscopy in the treatment of vocal fold cyst is a minimally invasive surgery, it can excise the cyst thoroughly and reserve good phonic function.
