喉癌戴管生存患者综合护理干预常见护理风险探讨及防范措施

目的探讨分析喉癌戴管生存患者综合护理干预常见的护理风险及防范措施。方法选取2008年6月～2011年8月在湖南省醴陵市中医院就诊的12例喉癌戴管生存患者,随机分为两组。观察组采用常规综合护理,对照组根据综合护理中常见的护理风险采取相关防范措施,对比分析两组患者的心理和生活质量差异。结果对照组患者焦虑、抑郁等心理状态和术后生活质量上均明显优于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论根据喉癌戴管生存患者在护理中常见的护理风险,采取积极的防范处理措施可有效改善患者的心理状态和术后生活质量。

Objective To explore the nursing risk of the laryngeal wear tube survival of patients integrated care intervention and prevention measures. Methods From June 2008 to August 2011,12 cases of laryngeal wear tube survival of patients were chosen in our hospital, randomly divided them into observation group and control group and observation group received routine care control group based on integrated care risk to take preventive measures, comparative analysis of two groups of patients with psychological and quality of life differences. Results The control group patients in the psychological state of anxiety, depression and post-operative quality of life were significantly better than the observation group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Average length of stay, adverse reactions （P〈0.05）. According to the laryngeal wear tube survival of patients in the nursing care risks, to take positive and effective preventive measures can be effective in improving patients＇ psychological and postoperative quality of life.
