摘要
文章提出价值工程的工作目标,是选择最优的性价比方案或让方案性价比最优。以一个价值工程分析案例为引导,归纳介绍了价值工程在工程方案优选、方案功能改进、成本优化的方法与步骤。并倡导价值工程在设计中运用,提高工程设计"性价比",以令业主满意,从而减少工程实施中的变更,使工程造价在源头上得到控制。
Abstract： The target of Value Engineering is to choose the best program or optimize the cost performance. Based on a case study of Value Engineering application, the paper sums up the method and procedure of using Value Engineering when we choose engineering program, improve the function of program, and optimize cost. The application Value Engineering is design can improve the cost performance and satisfy the owners, and decrease the change of engineering, control the engineering cost at the source.
