摘要 矿用电机的安全运行是矿山生产安全的重要保证,为及早排除矿用电机在运行过程中的隐患,及时诊断出电机故障原因。针对矿用电机封闭式和防爆式的特点,采用了在线监测方式,通过对电机轴承及电机轴转子不平衡造成的故障进行振动检测,对振动信号进行分析研究,并与轴承故障特征频率及转子旋转故障特征频率比对分析,找到了故障原因,为矿用电机的故障诊断提供了科学依据和先进方法。 The safe running of mine motor is an important part of safe production in mine, so it is important to remove the potential risk of mine motor and timely diagnose the failure as soon as possible. According to the characteristics of the closed and explosion proof mine motor, the online monitoring is used to take vibration detection for the imbalance of motor bearing and rotor and analyze the vibration information, and compare the bearing failure characteristic frequency and the rotation of the rotor fault characteristic frequency, try to find fault reason, providin~ scientific basis and advanced method for fault diagnosis of rnln~ matar
