本文论述影响质量流量计在聚乙烯生产中的测量精度的因素,主要有安装、环境、维护等非介质因素对测量精度的影响,还有介质压力、密度、粘度、双流体等介质因素对测量精度的影响,还根据实际生产经验给出一定的应对方法。

This paper analyzes the factors influencing the measurement accuracy of a mass flow meter in polyethylene production. These factors include non-media factors such as installment, enviroment, maintenance, as well as media factors such as media pressure, density, viscosity, and two-fluid medium, etc. Based on production experiences, this paper also provides some solutions to improve mass flow meter measurement accuracy.
