摘要
随着企业规模日益扩大,外部环境的变幻莫测,企业进行战略管理是重中之重,发展战略的实现途径主要是并购和战略联盟,在企业并购、战略联盟或合资企业中需要充分发挥战略协同产生协同效应,以实现战略目标、降低成本和提高核心竞争力。本文对战略协同的实现、协同机会的识别和挖掘以及实施战略协同应注意的问题进行了充分分析,为企业实现战略目标打下基础。
With the increasing enlarge of enterprise's scale, external environment changes unpredictably, so it is very important to do strategy management, the realization way of development strategy is main merge and strategy alliance, it's need to fully develop strategy synergy to produce synergy effect in the enterprise's merge, strategy alliance and business corporation, which can realize strategy object, reduce cost and increase core competitiveness. In the paper, strategy synergy's realization, synergy opportunity's identification and the attentive problem of implement strategy synergy are fuUy analyzed, which lay a foundation for realizing strategy object.
